The app loading can be really bad sometimes. There are days when the steps won't load at all, no matter what I do to change it. I've tried restarting my phone, unsyncing and resyncing with my step counting app(s), uninstalling and reinstalling WeWards and none of it makes a difference somedays. So the entire day of steps is unable to be converted. I wish the app had an ability to load & convert the steps from the previous day.

Beware of leveling up! It doesn't mean more coins, it means more steps to reach the same coin goals. I used to need 8000 steps to get 10 coins, now at level 3 I need 8300 steps to get 10 coins. It's like the app is punishing us for walking more instead of rewarding us. You should gain coin amounts per level instead of being force to walk more for the same small coin amounts. It feels deceptive and reduces my motivation to use the app.

so far pretty good and support got back to me on an issue within 24 hours which was a shock as normally it takes forever if at all on apps like this, so I was impressed with that. the only down side I see is a few times now it just randomly stops counting my steps and it's very frustrating because I'll go an hour and no change?! I hope customer support will help me again with this issue as I just emailed them.
